Role: Scrum Master (Patient Programs / Healthcare Domain)

Location: San Francisco, Ca – 100 % Onsite

Full-time /Contract

Role Summary

We are seeking a Scrum Master with experience in healthcare and patient-related projects to facilitate Agile delivery and ensure smooth execution of patient-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams
• Work closely with Product Owners, BAs, and Tech Leads on patient program delivery
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics
• Ensure alignment with compliance and governance standards in healthcare projects

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in Healthcare / Life Sciences
• Hands-on experience with patient-related projects (patient engagement, adherence, onboarding, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferred
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
