Opening for UI/UX Designer - Immediate Joiner

Key Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design system work, including components, patterns, foundations, and scalable UI frameworks across web and mobile.

• Expert command of design tools such as Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, libraries), with a strong understanding of design-to-development workflows.

• Deep understanding of visual systems including color, typography, spacing, elevation, motion, and theming.

• Proven experience designing reusable, token-driven components rather than one-off screens.

• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive UI design across platforms.

• Experience working closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation and system parity.

• High attention to detail and strong quality assurance mindset.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions, trade-offs, and system rules clearly.

• Solid understanding of agile product development and cross-team collaboration.

Key Activities

• Lead the definition, evolution, and maintenance of the design system UI layer.

• Design and document core components, patterns, and visual foundations with scalability in mind.

• Establish and enforce visual and interaction standards across products and entities.

• Collaborate with UX, product, and engineering teams to ensure system adoption and correct usage.

• Review and validate UI implementations to ensure alignment with design system standards.

• Create and maintain component documentation, usage guidelines, and best practices.

• Support teams in adopting the design system by providing guidance, reviews, and feedback.

• Contribute to governance processes, including component reviews and quality checks.

• Continuously identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities to improve the system.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field.

Languages

• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).

• English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UI or product design.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working on or contributing to a design system at scale.

Experience working in enterprise or multi-product environments is highly preferred.
