Project Manager

This role is critical in driving the design, build, testing, and release of payment products, ensuring they meet industry standards and our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payment product projects, including design, build, testing, and release.
• Ensure a good understanding of ISO 8583 Payment Specification and VISA/MasterCard standards.
• Lead transformational projects encompassing both application and infrastructure.
• Utilize MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and the MS Office suite for project management tasks.
• Track project financials accurately.
• Implement and manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Understand and manage Azure and cloud-based projects.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Extensive experience in payment product design, build, testing, and release.
• Good understanding of ISO 8583 Payment Specification and VISA/MasterCard standards.
• Experience in transformational projects involving both application and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and the MS Office suite.
• Experience with project financial tracking.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of Azure and cloud services.

Nice-to-Have:

• Fluency in Spanish.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with POS systems.
