Role: Data Privacy & Compliance Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Work Hours: US Time

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote

We’re looking for a hands-on Data Privacy & Compliance Analyst to operationalize privacy, retention, and regulatory controls across enterprise data platforms using automation, not manual enforcement.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement and operate data privacy controls (PII, PHI, PCI, NPI)
• Support DSARs, PIAs/DPIAs, and privacy risk assessments
• Operationalize data retention, minimization, and disposal
• Work closely with Legal, Security, Data Governance & Engineering
• Configure and manage privacy tools like Securiti, BigID, Microsoft Purview
• Support audits, compliance reporting, and remediation tracking

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in data privacy, compliance, governance, or risk
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, GLBA
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms & privacy tooling
• Ability to embed privacy-by-design into data workflows
