Ondas Capital is a newly launched investment and advisory arm under Ondas Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS), established to accelerate global deployment of mature and combat proven unmanned systems and AI solutions.


We are seeking an experienced Corporate Events & Global Expo Manager who will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and flawless execution of high-level corporate events, investor meetings, and international trade-show and expo participation for a private defence-sector company. The role ensures that all events strengthen investor confidence, support business development, and protect sensitive information and the company’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and lead an annual global event and expo strategy aligned with corporate, investor relations, and business development goals.  
  • Plan and execute investor events, board-level meetings, product demonstrations, facility visits, and VIP delegations in secure and sensitive environments.  
  • Own end-to-end management of international defence expos and trade shows (e.g., stand design, visitor journeys, demos, hospitality, and local protocol).  
  • Coordinate closely with security, export control, legal, and compliance to ensure all events meet regulatory, classification, and data protection requirements.  
  • Manage all event logistics: venue selection, stand build and technical production, registration, travel, accommodation, transport, and onsite operations.  
  • Lead vendor sourcing and contract negotiation with stand builders, AV/production partners, caterers, staffing agencies, and specialist security providers.  
  • Develop and manage event budgets, track spend and ROI, and report performance metrics to senior leadership and investors.  
  • Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints, coordinating with marketing on messaging, visuals, and investor communication materials.  
  • Oversee guest and stakeholder management, including invitation strategy, VIP protocols, investor one-to-one schedules, and post event follow-up.  
  • Implement and optimize event technology tools (registration, lead capture, analytics, and CRM integration) to support global investor and prospect follow-up.  
  • Produce post event reports with insights, lead quality, investor feedback, and recommendations for future defence sector events and expos.  
  • Produce post-event analysis and recommendations to continuously improve investor and defence-sector engagements 


Requirements & experience

  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in corporate event management, including international trade shows or expos. 
  • Demonstrated experience working with defence, aerospace, security, or other highly regulated/government facing industries.  
  • Proven track record delivering C-suite, investor, or board level events and managing complex, multistakeholder programs. 
  • Strong understanding of global event operations, including customs, freight/logistics for equipment, and local regulations at international venues.  
  • Experience managing event budgets, negotiating complex vendor contracts, and delivering measurable ROI. 
  • Proficiency with modern event and expo platforms (e.g. registration/CRM tools, lead capture, floorplan or exhibition management systems). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage for global liaison.  
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearances or background checks relevant to defence sector work.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work credibly with executives, government officials, and institutional investors. 
  • High attention to detail, risk awareness, and contingency planning for sensitive, security critical environments 
  • Leadership skills to manage cross functional teams and onsite crews across multiple countries and time zones.
