Product Manager internship

As an Internship Team Assistant for Platform Initiatives at Eesti Energia, you will support the Platform team by organizing information, documenting work, and enabling clear decision-making across ongoing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structuring complexity, facilitating communication, and learning how cross-functional teams operate.

• hands-on experience mapping current platform initiatives (what exists, owner, status);
• practice summarizing complex topics into clear 1-page documents;
• the opportunity to shadow meetings and write short recaps;
• experience documenting problems and clarifying “what problem are we solving”;
• collecting and clustering feedback from different teams;
• conducting lightweight internal research on team workflows;
• drafting and cleaning up Confluence pages;
• maintaining simple decision logs;
• preparing drafts, summaries, and overviews (not final decisions);
• paid internship;

• you are not completely new to product management;

• you can work independently on clearly scoped tasks;
