Chief Technology Officer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology and engineering teams. The CTO will play a critical role in shaping and driving the technological strategy to achieve business objectives, fostering innovation, and ensuring scalability and sustainability of our systems. This individual will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical initiatives and overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, such as CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong background in software engineering, architecture, and/or product development.
• Demonstrated ability to scale technology teams and platforms in fast-growing environments.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align technical initiatives with business strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
