Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days remote)

Contract: Fixed-term contract to end January 2027

Start: ASAP | Salary €45,000 per year.


We’re partnering with a global, high-growth enterprise technology organisation to hire an experienced HR Coordinator / People Operations Specialist to support a large, international workforce.


This is a hands-on, operational HR role sitting within a centralised People Services function, supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee queries across multiple regions and time zones.


What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and resolving Tier 1 & Tier 2 HR cases across EMEA and global populations, ensuring SLA adherence
  • Partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, managers and employees
  • Supporting core people processes aligned to global HR products, including:
  • Offer letters and contracts
  • Employee data changes
  • Policy and programme guidance
  • Learning platform support
  • Live Agent / employee portal support
  • Escalating complex or time-sensitive cases using sound judgement and operational insight
  • Maintaining high data integrity across HR systems and documentation
  • Completing audits and validations of HR case transactions
  • Identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities to reduce risk and improve employee experience
  • Supporting projects and UAT testing where required
  • Creating and maintaining SOPs, knowledge articles and response templates to enable employee self-service


What we’re looking for

  • 2–4 years’ experience in HR Operations, People Services or a centralised HR support function
  • Proven experience supporting EMEA employee populations
  • Strong exposure to HR systems, case management tools and employee portals
  • Experience working in fast-paced, global, matrixed organisations (tech or large multinationals preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • High emotional intelligence with confident, professional stakeholder communication
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, time zones and changing demands calmly and effectively
  • A proactive mindset — spotting issues before they escalate and improving how things work
  • Comfortable working independently, while collaborating closely with wider HR teams
