Senior Digital Product Designer

Citadele builds digital banking products used every day across the Baltics, with design as a core part of how our products work, look, and are experienced. We’re looking for a colleague ready to take ownership, influence decisions, and help shape complex products with real impact.

YOUR FOCUS:

• Work on digital products used daily across the Baltics - mobile, online banking, web.
• Shape product decisions early, with UX thinking at the center.
• Design flows, interactions, and interfaces that are clear, usable, and scalable.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering.
• Improve existing experiences and help define new ones as products evolve.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Strong UX foundation and curiosity for understanding users and problems.
• Comfortable with UI design, but focused on logic, clarity, and purpose.
• Experience working on digital products beyond single screens.
• Confidence to take ownership, ask questions, and share opinions.
• Experience in research, testing, or design systems is a plus.
