Do you want a job that is meaningful? Ligence is looking for an IT Administrator to join our team to help us build the next generation of medical computer vision AI products.


You will be responsible for making sure our IT infrastructure is in place and running smoothly. This covers a wide range of activities from preparing laptops or assembling Machine Learning workstations to administering our cloud networks or moving large datasets between storage repositories. Everything that you do in this role forms the foundation for building, deploying and maintaining specialized AI solutions in healthcare.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain laptops, workstations. Manage global hardware shipment, setup, and collection
  • Address and resolve technical issues reported by employees, both remotely and on-site (software, hardware, connectivity, and access problems)
  • Manage and administer our Ligence software deployments as well as SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira
  • Monitor physical hardware, cloud infrastructure, network security, and system logs
  • Support system upgrades and improvements, ensuring tools are up-to-date and secure
  • Document processes and updates
  • Conduct system audits, maintain accurate asset inventories
  • Engage remotely to troubleshoot and fix customer issues.


Qualifications:

  • Motivation and ability to learn quickly
  • Good knowledge of computer components, operation systems (Ubuntu, Windows, MacOS), networks, network devices, and cloud services (AWS)
  • Degree in Informatics or related field, ongoing education works fine as well
