Senior Java Software Engineer

Our client is a well-known Lithuanian IT company specializing in the development of complex information systems for both the public and private sectors. The main focus is on public sector projects in Lithuania, but the company also provides services to European and U.S. markets.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the development and maintenance of back-end components;
• Designing and implementing dynamic UI and form-based solutions;
• Maintaining and improving AI-based features and modern content delivery technologies;
• Working in a team following Agile/SCRUM methodology;
• Ensuring and improving code quality, security, and scalability;
• Mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience;
• Strong Java skills;
• Excellent knowledge of Angular (or React; Vue.js) and Spring Boot; experience in building REST APIs;
• Fluent Lithuanian and intermediate English;
• Solid knowledge of dynamic user interface (UI) development.

Offered salary:

• Permanent position: €4,500-5,800/month (gross);
• Contract (6-12 months): €35-42/hour.
