RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels;
• To identify and address risks while promoting accountability across the organization;
• To deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards using the strategic approach and strong leadership skills.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced Degree plus 5 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of experience in program/project management leading complex technical initiatives;
• Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related technical field;
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level programs with significant business impact;
• Strong technical knowledge of regulated product development processes and quality systems;
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels;
• Experience with project management methodologies, tools and best practices;
• Strong financial acumen for budget development and tracking;
• Fluent in English.

Compensation

The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €3 791,67–€5 685,42.
