About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in Java and cloud-based environments to join a collaborative and agile development team. The role focuses on designing and developing scalable backend solutions using modern microservices architecture and cloud technologies.

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Kubernetes
• REST APIs

• Docker

Profile Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend development experience using Java.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Proven experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related services.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and containerization practices.
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.

Work Model:

• Hybrid role with 1 to 2 days per week in the office (Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra).
