ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer (DevOps) to help shape scalable, cloud-based solutions that power modern digital products. This role has real impact on system architecture, product direction, and team success, blending strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration in an Agile, cloud-first environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support and improve existing functionality;
- Prototype new solutions;
- Drive the team of engineers to deliver results;
- Provide technical mentorship to your colleagues;
- Analyze and resolve intricate technical challenges;
- Solve complex problems using architect-level thinking;
- Oversee specifications of business logic.

MUST HAVES
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative environment;
- Experience in driving cross-functional teams;
- 6+ years of experience with cloud-based services including AWS;
- Proficient in using software collaboration tools such as JIRA;
- Working knowledge of various databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres);
- Working knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Linux);
- Proficient in version control software such as Git;
- Basic understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies;
- Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES
- Working knowledge of developing web-based client interfaces using React.js + TypeScript;
- Java and Spring experience.
