We are looking for a ML / AI Engineer to join a stable project within a leading multinational company in the mobility and automotive sector, working on the development and production of AI and Machine Learning solutions with real business impact.

You will work in a technically demanding environment, collaborating closely with Data, DevOps and Platform teams, following strong MLOps, quality and scalability practices.

🎯 What will you do?

• Develop, deploy and maintain Machine Learning, GenAI and LLM solutions in production environments.
• Productionalize models following solid MLOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring).
• Collaborate with DevOps and support teams to ensure reliable and scalable AI solutions.
• Implement data quality and model monitoring practices (drift, performance).
• Maintain high standards of code quality, version control and documentation.

🛠 What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience developing ML/AI solutions in production.
• Strong Python skills with a software engineering mindset.
• Solid knowledge of Machine Learning, GenAI and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn.
• Proven experience in MLOps: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Experience in cloud environments (highly valued, not a must).
• Experience working with Git, pull requests and code reviews.
• English level: high B2 or C1.
• Analytical mindset, attention to quality and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Location: Hybrid model: 2 days onsite in Majadahonda, 3 days remote.

Schedule: 38 hours, flexible, with reduced hours on Fridays. Intensive summer schedule.

Language: English (intermediate-fluent), Spanish (intermediate-fluent)
