Mobile App Engineer

Project Overview: This role will focus on technical troubleshooting for top App Publishers through multiple channels and assist Account Managers on customer technical inquiries. While in this role you will learn Ad monetization products, develop technical and business expertise in mobile app monetization.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Build expertise around mobile app ad monetization products and implementations (Android, iOS, Unity)
• Troubleshoot Technical issues from App Developers
• Assist Sales Team on Product and Technical related questions

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

• Build expertise around mobile app ad monetization products and implementations (Android, iOS, Unity)
• Troubleshoot Technical issues from App Developers
• Assist Sales Team on Product and Technical related questions

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 5 year’s experience Mobile Development Skills (iOS/Android/Unity)
• At least 5 year’s experience of Technical Troubleshooting Experience
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (and vice versa).
• Experience with Firebase (Analytics, Remote Config, A/B Test)
• Experience in Ad Tech Industry
