DevOps Engineer with Application Support

We're looking for a versatile DevOps Engineer who can wear multiple hats - building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines while also providing hands-on application support for production incidents.

What You'll Do:

DevOps & Release Management (40%)

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Automate deployment processes and manage releases
• Handle version control and branching strategies in Git/GitHub
• Work with Docker containers and AWS infrastructure

Application Support & Incident Management (40%)

• Respond to critical production incidents and troubleshoot issues
• Debug applications using AWS CloudWatch logs
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
• Manage user access issues in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Handle emergency bug fixes and hotfix deployments

Development & Testing (20%)

• Fix bugs in React front-end and Java Spring Boot backend
• Write and maintain unit tests (JUnit)
• Test APIs using Postman/Swagger
• Perform database queries and optimization in MariaDB

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React.js, HTML5, CSS3
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, MariaDB
• DevOps: GitHub Actions, Docker, Linux
• Cloud: AWS (CloudWatch), Azure
• Tools: Jira, Postman, Swagger

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in DevOps and Application Support
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end production support
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Comfortable working independently on critical issues

Ideal Candidate: You're someone who doesn't just build pipelines - you support what you deploy. You can code when needed, automate everything possible, and stay calm during production incidents. You understand the full application lifecycle from development through production support.
