We’re hiring a Senior Product Analyst to join the Product Analytics team of a fast-growing, international B2B SaaS company operating at the intersection of data, product, and global impact.This is a hands-on analytics role with real influence on product strategy and decision-making.

• 💼 About the company: Product-led B2B SaaS platform operating in the sustainability / responsible business / supply chain intelligence space, building data-driven solutions used at global scale.
• 📍 Location: Barcelona | 1 day per week in the office
• 💰Salary: 50-59k + variable (according to seniority)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to define and track meaningful product metrics (adoption, engagement, retention).
• Deep dive into user and customer behavior data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using SQL, Python, Tableau, and product analytics tools.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide product decisions.
• Support new product initiatives through measurement frameworks, experimentation, and post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve how product performance is measured and communicated.
• Challenge assumptions and propose smart, data-driven solutions to business problems.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles (data analytics, data engineering, data science).
• Strong SQL skills and solid experience analyzing large, imperfect datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Python and data visualization tools (Tableau or similar).
• Proven understanding of product metrics and common product analytics challenges.
• Familiarity with data modeling, transformation, and data warehousing concepts.
• Comfortable working at the intersection of business strategy and technical complexity.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Curious mindset, ownership mentality, and ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
• 💡 Bonus: experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo), web/app analytics, or complex data lakes.
