Team Introduction

Evaluation is a very important link in search engines, which can help search engines evaluate the quality and relevance of search results, thereby improving users' search experience. As an independent team in the search product department, our evaluation team provides independent, objective and accurate evaluation viewpoints by formulating and implementing a global evaluation plan, combined with various evaluation and research data, to help the entire product development team continuously understand users' needs and optimize user experience. Daily work of the team covers user research, data analysis, project management and other related areas. If you are interested, we would be delighted to have you join us.

Job Description

• Responsible for improving the quality of search results and search effects of international short video products, and formulating relevant evaluation and research plan documents for different product functions, content and strategies;
• Collaborate with the international operation team, promote the global implementation of the overall research and evaluation plan, formulate corresponding monitoring and checking plans, and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the delivery of the evaluation report
• Based on the evaluation report, combined with user research and objective data, analyze user needs and satisfaction, make reasonable judgments on the advantages and disadvantages of search products/strategies, and make relevant optimization suggestions;
  
  

Qualifications

• Have a solid understanding of search products and mechanisms, understand search quality evaluation methods and processes. Having prior experience with search products is considered a bonus factor.
• Be capable of analyzing diverse user data, delving deep into user needs, and constantly optimizing the user experience of search products;
• Possess strong logical thinking, innovative spirit, and strong project management ability;
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution, excellent communication skills and business promotion skills;
