We are looking for a “HR Generalist” for our global business partner with qualifications below;
General Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in all Human Resources processes and related sub-processes
- Experienced in recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and succession planning
- Ability to understand and implement global HR policies, and design local HR policies when needed
- Experienced in payroll, leave management, working hours, and personnel file administration
- Skilled in HR data management and reporting, including both global/group and local reporting requirements
- Capable of designing and implementing employee development and training programs, as well as employee attraction and retention strategies
- Excellent communication skills with management, employees, and employee representatives
- Strong organizational skills, adaptable to changing business needs, analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities
- Experienced in managing budget and personnel costs
Job Description
- Plan, manage, and execute Human Resources processes and related sub-processes
- Lead recruitment processes, analyze workforce needs, and develop strategies for required positions
- Design and implement employee development and training programs, and manage career planning initiatives
- Conduct succession planning and develop strategies for critical positions
- Ensure implementation of global HR policies and design local policies as needed
- Oversee payroll preparation and ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining personnel files, tracking leave and working hours, and coordinating payroll and timesheets
- Serve as a point of contact and advisor for management, employees, and employee representatives on all HR-related matters
- Develop and implement local initiatives for employee attraction, retention, and engagement
- Prepare and implement personnel development programs, monitor employee performance, and provide relevant HR support
- Conduct HR reporting to fulfill global/group and local requests
- Manage personnel costs and company staff, ensuring effective workforce planning and administration
- Undertake other HR projects and tasks as assigned
