Role Description

The Scrum Master will lead medium to large-scale projects (regional or global), supporting delivery across the full system development lifecycle—from requirements through deployment. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) implementation and delivery. The individual will manage complex, multi-location projects involving large teams (10s of FTEs) and ensure delivery aligned with LSEG revenue and business goals.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project or programme management
• Hands-on experience leading medium to large-scale global/regional projects
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage risk, complexity, and large distributed teams
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in ambiguity
