About This Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will work closely with development, product, and client-facing teams to manage technical projects end-to-end.

This role is ideal for candidates with a software development background (or a strong technical foundation) who understand software processes, system integrations, and enterprise product environments, can translate business needs into technical execution, and are based in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, coordination, and end-to-end product release processes with full ownership and deep understanding of all technical aspects of the product
• Act as a bridge between development teams, product, and enterprise customers
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
• Understand and evaluate system architectures, integrations, and technical constraints
• Manage dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple teams
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment between stakeholders
• Support enterprise customers by understanding their technical needs and constraints
• Contribute to documentation, planning, and continuous process improvement
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related technical field
• At least 8 years of experience in similar roles (including a strong development background with a minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on software development experience)
• Hands-on coding is not required; however, strong technical understanding and the ability to evaluate and challenge technical decisions are essential
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), development workflows, and technical decision-making processes
• Solid knowledge of system architectures and application integrations (APIs, third-party services, etc.)
• Experience working with enterprise products and enterprise customers
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with customers and ensure planning and coordination are aligned with product development and customer expectations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly understand technologies, as well as their capabilities and limitations
• Comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders

Nice to Have

· Knowledge or experience with WebRTC

· Familiarity with real-time communication technologies

· Experience working in the fintech domain or with financial services products
