Senior Product Manager

Location: On-site, Dubai – 5 days per week

Contract - 3-6 months

Role focus:

On-site product and delivery lead for SME initiatives, supporting senior SME leadership with execution, coordination, and decision support. This role works directly with the Head of Department.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the day-to-day Product Manager for SME initiatives
• Be embedded with the SME business team in Dubai
• Prepare leadership updates, decks, and forum materials
• Capture decisions and translate them into clear briefs for design, tech and AI teams
• Track delivery across workstreams, managing risks, dependencies and decisions

Ideal background:

• Product or Delivery PM experience in banking or complex enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder management and execution capability
• Comfortable operating on-site and at pace in Dubai
