• We are looking for a Project Analyst to support and manage end-to-end governance activities across Treasury, Trading, and Trade & Supply Chain Finance domains. The role involves close coordination with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure effective project execution, compliance, and reporting. This position offers a strong growth path into a Project Manager role.
• Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end project governance including planning, tracking, reporting, and risk management.
• Coordinate with business users, product owners, IT teams, and external vendors across Treasury and Trade Finance initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and steering committee decks.
• Track milestones, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in requirement gathering and documentation in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Monitor compliance with internal governance frameworks, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off processes.
• Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and escalate when required.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
• Continuously improve project processes and reporting standards.
• Required Skills & Experience
• Experience as a Project Analyst / PMO / Junior Project Manager in Treasury, Trading, Trade Finance, or Supply Chain Finance domains.
• Strong understanding of financial products, trade lifecycle, cash management, and risk concepts.
• Hands-on experience with project governance, documentation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
