Site Reliability Engineer - Dynatrace & Ansible

Required Skills & Experience (Mandatory)

• 5–8 years of experience in SRE | DevOps | or Platform Engineering roles
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace for observability and monitoring
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management
  
• Experience defining and managing alerts | dashboards | and reliability metrics
  
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident | problem | and change management
  
• Strong documentation experience using Confluence
  
• Solid understanding of Linux | Windows systems and enterprise infrastructure
  
• Strong troubleshooting | analytical | and communication skills
  

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS | Azure | GCP)
  
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins | GitLab | Azure DevOps)
  
• Experience with scripting languages (Python | Shell)
  
• Exposure to container platforms (Docker | Kubernetes)
  
• Experience in BFSI or regulated environments
  
• Prior experience in transition | KT-heavy engagementSkills
