Scrum Master

Insight Global is seeking a senior Scrum Master to assist in AI-driven solutions within a fast-paced Agile environment. This role focuses on enabling high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong Agile expertise, excellent stakeholder collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple streams of work while maintaining a focus on value delivery.

Please note, this is a full-time remote position, requiring you to work CST or EST hours.

Day to day:

• Work on AI-focused projects, contributing to the delivery of intelligent, data-driven solutions
• Operate within an Agile delivery environment, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to ensure clear, well-defined user stories and epics
• Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritisation of new and existing initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, delivery, and outcomes
• Take responsibility for planning and delivery
• Balance multiple streams of work while maintaining focus on value delivery

Must Haves:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master in an agile delivery environment
• Industry experience as a Scrum Master in either a start up environment OR commercial real estate
• Experience leading AI projects
• Experience with Linear (or any similar PM tools such as GitHub, Jira, etc)
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement practices
• Ability to manage and prioritise backlogs for existing and new initiatives
• Comfortable working with a high level of autonomy and ownership
