About the Role: -

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer II to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning solutions that solve complex, real-world business challenges. In this role, you’ll combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and collaboration skills to build scalable, high-impact AI systems.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and play a key role in bringing machine learning models from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning models for high-impact projects
• Perform data analysis and feature engineering to create high-quality training datasets
• Optimize machine learning algorithms for performance, accuracy, and efficiency
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to ML engineering best practices
• Deploy machine learning models into production and monitor their performance over time
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective ML solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex problems
• Document model architectures, development processes, metrics, and results

Qualifications & Experience: -

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
• Advanced understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical methods
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Proven leadership ability with experience mentoring and guiding engineers
