We are looking for a strong Scrum master who can deliver on these solutions by constantly increasing the team’s efficiency, by motivating them and adhering to changes that will ensure quality and timeliness. Also, ensure the DoD (Definition of done) is being followed stringently.

Key Areas Of Responsibility

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Accountable for the preparation and execution of Program Increments
- Accountable for timely delivery and quality of Agile Release Train deliverables
- Ensures program increment planning readiness, vision, groomed increment backlogs and logistics
- Drives Program Increment Planning Meeting
- Participates in product release core team and program team as needed to ensure alignment between the different team and functions
- Supports Product Manager and Product Owners in managing the Program Board for a Program Increment
- Represents Engineering function in project audits along with Release manager
- Interacts with and provides insights and regular updates to BIU senior management
- Drives execution of program Increment and program-level continuous improvement
- Monitors schedule and cost performance
- Prepares and presents reports on the progress and success
- Over all 10+ years of experience and 5-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
- Experience with agile practices, patterns and techniques
- Experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc.
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
