Your New Role

The business is seeking a hand’s on and results-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation into its next phase of sustainable growth. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership, ensure operational efficiency, and drive profitability through sound financial management and innovative practices. You will work closely with the board to shape long-term strategy, while safeguarding the company’s heritage and values. Key responsibilities include full P&L ownership, risk management of events, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive family culture.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

You will bring a proven track record of success as an MD/CEO within privately held businesses or small subsidiaries' of a multi-national company, with strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, margins, and cost controls. Your background will include broad operational oversight across HR, online retail, and event planning & operations, coupled with the ability to lead F/T and casual teams. Strategic thinking, adaptability to market trends, and a hands-on leadership style are essential to ensure growth while preserving the company’s reputation and family values.
