Must Have Skills: Dot Net Technical Lead Expert

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong backend expertise.

Mandatory: Hands-on experience with .NET 8 or above (minimal APIs, hosting model, performance features).

• Strong proficiency in:
• C#
• ASP.NET Core
• RESTful APIs
• Entity Framework Core
• Microservices architecture
• Dependency Injection, Middleware, Background Services
• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud, distributed caching (Redis), and message brokers (Kafka/Service Bus/RabbitMQ).
• Solid understanding of SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and database optimization.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Blazor, MAUI, or front-end frameworks (React/Angular).
• Exposure to DDD, CQRS, Clean Architecture.
• Certifications in Azure or .NET technologies.

Key responsibilities ·

Technical Leadership:

Lead end‑to‑end architecture, design, and development for complex .NET applications using .NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and cloud-native patterns.

Solution Design & Architecture:

Define technical solutions, microservices architecture, integration patterns, coding standards, and best practices.

Team Management:

Mentor and guide a team of developers; conduct code reviews; ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to engineering processes.

Hands-On Development:

Write clean, reusable, and optimized code, especially in key modules requiring complex problem-solving.

Performance & Security Optimization:

Ensure applications follow performance tuning, security hardening, and scalability best practices.

DevOps & CI/CD Ownership:

Collaborate with DevOps teams for automated builds, deployments, and environment setup using Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

R&D & Modernization:

Evaluate new frameworks, libraries, and cloud services; recommend modernization strategies and drive adoption of latest .NET features.
