Role Overview

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and the operation of a large-scale, enterprise AI platform and its applications.

You will work closely with a senior Technical Product Manager and other senior engineers, contributing hands-on ML engineering expertise to build reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI systems.

This role is deeply technical and delivery-focused, with direct impact on real-world systems used in critical business contexts.

What you will do In this role, you will:

Design, build, and maintain machine learning models used in production environments.
Implement end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature processing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
Develop and maintain robust Python-based ML services and components.
Collaborate closely with the Technical Product Manager to translate technical requirements into working ML solutions.
Work with other engineers to define and implement scalable AI architectures.
Deploy, monitor, and operate ML models in live environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and traceability.
Contribute to MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, model performance, and system behavior.
Produce clear technical documentation covering ML pipelines, model behavior, and operational processes.
Participate in technical reviews and architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.

What You Will Bring

The top candidate will have the following skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar applied ML role.
Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning and data-intensive systems.
Solid experience building, deploying, and operating ML models in production.
Practical understanding of MLOps concepts and tools (deployment, monitoring, retraining, automation).
Experience working with structured and unstructured data at scale.
Ability to reason about system-level trade-offs, not just model performance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Ideally, you have:

Experience working on enterprise-grade or mission-critical AI systems.
Exposure to cloud-based ML platforms and distributed systems.
Experience collaborating with product managers and architects on complex systems.
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-expectation technical environments.
