Global BioPharma is seeking an experienced Talent Operations Liaison to support a broad range of HR activities across the full employee lifecycle. This freelance position plays a central role in ensuring that Talent Partners can focus on supporting leaders and teams while core operational decisions, updates and policy changes are implemented accurately and on time.


The Liaison serves as the single point of contact for Talent Partners across both local and global teams. The role is responsible for overseeing organizational structure management within SuccessFactors, ensuring that all position data remains accurate, consistent and properly maintained. You will coordinate reorganizations, implement structural updates and collaborate with specialist teams to guarantee data quality.


A major component of this role involves the management of sickness and reintegration processes in Belgium, including end to end coordination of return to work programs. You will work closely with managers, employees, third party providers and legal contacts to support formal and informal reintegration pathways.


The Liaison also has a significant impact on the recruitment and compensation processes. This includes gathering accurate information from stakeholders, ensuring data is implemented correctly in HR systems, conducting internal and external compensation analysis, supporting offer development and securing final approval. You will guide Talent Partners during promotion cycles, off cycle increases and job level confirmations, providing structured analysis and recommendations.


Additional responsibilities include offboarding management, handling employee relations matters, supporting global HR processes, ensuring high quality reporting and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.


Required experience

  • Bachelor degree with five to ten years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience working in a global, multicultural and matrixed environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations including HRIS, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits Administration and Payroll
  • Excellent understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of Belgian employment regulations
  • Experience working with HR software, in particular SuccessFactors and Neocase
  • Strong interest in digital tools and confidence using technology
  • Excellent English and French verbal and written communication. Additional European languages are a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to adapt style to different audiences
  • Ability to foster trust and work proactively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify issues and conduct root cause analysis
