We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help shape the experience of our platform used by enterprise clients across the world. You’ll work closely with our Chief Design Officer, Chief Technology Officer, engineers, and business stakeholders to design elegant, accessible, and impactful digital experiences for complex B2B products.

About the Role

As a Product Designer at Markit, you’ll own the end-to-end design process across our products. You’ll take part in user research and discovery, explore concepts, create high-fidelity UI designs, and support implementation together with engineering teams. You’ll help evolve our design system, ensure consistency and accessibility across the platform, and play an active role in shaping how our products look, feel, and work for enterprise users.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Design with strong UX (research, flows) and UI (visual design) skills
• Proficiency in Figma and experience designing complex B2B web products
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and design systems
• Ability to work independently in a distributed environment without constant oversight
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting design work to stakeholders'

What You’ll Do

• Own the full design lifecycle: from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and implementation support
• Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing) to validate ideas and measure impact
• Design intuitive, accessible, and polished interfaces aligned with our brand and product strategy
• Build and maintain design system components in Figma and collaborate closely with engineers on implementation
• Work directly with the Chief Design Officer on product vision and with the Chief Technology Officer on technical feasibility
• Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders across the business
