Partnership Delivery Coordinator or Manager

We are looking for a Partnership Delivery Coordinator or Manager, depending on your experience, to join our Casino team. This is a key role with responsibility for ensuring quality, accuracy, and the strong reputation of Relax Gaming within the Casino industry. Your final title will be determined by your experience and skill set.

The role offers a high degree of ownership, freedom, and challenge. To succeed, you bring technical understanding, strong attention to detail, and excellent planning and communication skills. You will work closely with a wide range of internal teams, including platform, game server, legal, account management, compliance, and other business stakeholders, as well as with external partners and customers, to ensure smooth delivery and a professional representation of the Relax Gaming brand.

This role is available in either our Malta or Tallinn location.

Areas of responsibility

• Own and manage a portfolio of partners, acting as their dedicated first point of contact
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships
• Plan, manage, and maintain game roadmaps across multiple projects, ensuring planning tools are kept up to date
• Balance partner expectations with realistic planning, resources, and delivery timelines
• Identify risks early, ensure contingency planning, and proactively flag issues
• Contribute to quarterly operator roadmaps and roadmap reviews, presenting games on behalf of partners and feeding back insights
• Liaise and coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and visibility
• Conduct quality reviews of partnerships and games, covering delivery, communication, and technical performance
• Represent Relax Gaming and strengthen the brand through partner meetings, events, conferences, and on-site workshops
• Provide input on continuous improvement of processes and ways of working
• Support commercial reporting and revenue forecasting by providing insights to your manager
• Contribute to Casino projects when required, supporting both project delivery and personal development
• Maintain awareness of your own capacity, ensuring transparency around workload and priorities
• Support your team and manager in achieving Relax Gaming’s strategic goals
• Show initiative by identifying opportunities for new partnerships
  
  

We believe that you have

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge of game development process/procedures
• Knowledge/experience in Jira and associated tools
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
