Design Manager

We’re looking for a Design Manager to lead, grow, and elevate our design team while shaping high-impact, user-centered experiences. This role suits an experienced design leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on guidance and translate vision into execution.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a team of designers across product, brand, and UX initiatives

Set and maintain design vision and standards aligned with business and user goals

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and senior stakeholders

Drive end-to-end design processes from discovery through to delivery

Provide clear feedback, support development, and foster a strong design culture

Champion user-centered design and advocate for design excellence across the business

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in design with proven people-management capability

Track record of leading complex design projects

A portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and execution

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to balance creative vision with practical and commercial constraints

Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

Experience within product-led or tech-driven organisations

Exposure to design systems or scaling design teams

Familiarity with research-led design practices
