We are looking for a Functional Testing Analyst to join one of our clients for a strategic European payments project in Luxembourg.

You will be part of a collaborative Payments Squad, contributing to the implementation and migration of mobile payment solutions in the context of a broader Core Banking and Payment transformation.

🤖 Responsabilities and Requirements:

• Develop comprehensive test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications to ensure all functionalities are covered.
• Execute Pre-UAT functional testing to validate mobile wallet features such as: Instant account-to-account payments, QR code payments, merchant acceptance flows, wallet onboarding and user journeys
• Identify, log, and escalate defects related to payment processing, user experience, security, or interoperability with existing systems.
• Re-test fixes and enhancements to ensure compliance with functional, business, and European payment standards.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, business analysts, and payment experts within an Agile/Squad-based setup.
• Support the migration and continuity of services from existing solutions (e.g. Payconiq) to Wero, ensuring minimal disruption for users and merchants.
• Maintain detailed records of test cases, test execution, and defect tracking to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

• Proven experience in Functional Testing, business testing, QA, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with Pre-UAT and UAT processes.
• Experience with Payment systems and Payment messages is required, as you will join the Payment team in a Core Banking transformation context.
• Strong knowledge of test design, defect management, and retesting practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Squad-based teams.
• English langauges is required.
