Scrum Master – International Fortune 500 Company

We are supporting our client, an international organization, in the search for an experienced Scrum Master to join its team.

This role is responsible for enabling agile delivery across one or more teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching iterative practices, and removing impediments, while ensuring transparency, alignment with SDLC processes, and continuous improvement in an enterprise environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Scrum Master enables effective agile delivery by facilitating team collaboration, supporting backlog flow, and applying standard agile metrics to drive performance and predictability.

The role requires strong facilitation and coaching capabilities, structured communication, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

All activities must be performed in alignment with organizational agile standards, governance frameworks, and quality practices, ensuring delivery of measurable business value.

Project Environment

Projects operate in a complex enterprise landscape and may span multiple domains, including:

Application Delivery – business systems, web platforms, and enterprise applications

Infrastructure & Platform Teams – collaboration with technical and DevOps teams

Security & Compliance – initiatives driven by cybersecurity and regulatory requirements

Data & Analytics – development of data platforms, reporting, and analytics solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Enable agile delivery for one or more teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach teams in agile principles, iterative delivery, and continuous improvement practices
• Remove impediments and support teams in achieving stable, predictable delivery
• Support backlog management and ensure smooth flow of work
• Track and communicate standard agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, etc.)
• Ensure delivery transparency toward stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and delivery stakeholders on planning and prioritization
• Adapt agile techniques and practices to improve team performance in an enterprise environment
• Support alignment with SDLC processes, governance standards, and organizational frameworks
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives at team and delivery level
• Promote collaboration, ownership, and accountability across cross-functional teams

Requirements and Qualifications

• B2B contract
• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar delivery role
• Proven experience working with one or more agile teams in an enterprise environment
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills across Scrum ceremonies and agile practices
• Experience using agile metrics to improve delivery performance and team predictability
• Experience supporting backlog flow, sprint planning, and delivery transparency
• Ability to identify and remove impediments and support teams in complex environments
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and enterprise governance frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities
• Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar)
• Proficiency in English
