Scrum Master

We are looking for a skilled and eager Team Lead to join our versatile and international Scrum team. The team develops a wide range of solutions—from embedded firmware for Lumosa’s EV chargers and LED lighting to a cloud-based portal and app for our installation partners and the internal tooling that powers our organization and manufacturing operations.

As a Scrum Master, you will be the facilitator and guardian of our agile processes. You will guide the team in agile best practices, help remove obstacles, support continuous improvement, and ensure that team members can collaborate effectively. You will foster a culture of accountability, clear communication, and high-quality delivery, while helping the team align with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.

We recognize that the Scrum Master role may not require a full-time commitment, and we are open to combining it with another role, such as Team Lead. This flexible setup allows you to support the team in facilitating agile processes and driving continuous improvement, while also contributing your leadership and technical expertise.

Who are you?

Technical Expertise

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile facilitation role;
• Proven experience in guiding teams through the full software development lifecycle;
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum ceremonies, and Agile metrics;

Collaborative & Personal Skills

• Skilled in facilitating collaboration, resolving conflicts, and removing blockers;
• Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills to connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Proactive, hands-on and you embrace change;
• Appreciates fostering a positive, self-organizing team culture.

• A 32- or 40-hour workweek;
• End-of-year bonus, which is 8.3% of your gross income;
