✨ The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Services Specialist / Network Engineer to join our global IT infrastructure team. You will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and securing our enterprise network, with a strong emphasis on Azure networking, LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, and network security.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the global enterprise network infrastructure and services.
• Design, enhance, and optimize network solutions across LAN, WAN, and SD‑WAN environments.
• Monitor and coordinate network services to ensure high availability and top performance.
• Support network security planning, implementation, and maintenance, including enterprise firewalls.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Perform physical installation and maintenance of networking hardware (routers, switches, etc.).
• Share knowledge and collaborate with team members to foster continuous learning.

🌟 Required Qualifications

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is a priority).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently and making sound decisions.
• Comfortable interacting with IT professionals and stakeholders at all levels.

Technical Skills

• Solid experience with Azure Networking and cloud‑based network services.
• Strong proficiency with Palo Alto firewalls and Layer 2/3 switching.
• Deep understanding of LAN, WAN, and core network architectures.
• Experience with physical infrastructure (cabling, fiber) is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on enterprise networking experience.
• Palo Alto and/or Cisco certifications are considered strong assets.
