For over 65 years Wolf Theiss has been advising national and international clients, ranging from private companies and their owners to multinational corporations, on all aspects of business law in the Central, Eastern and Southeastern European region. Our team brings together over 400 lawyers from a diverse range of backgrounds, working in offices in 13 countries throughout the CEE/SEE region and a central European hub in Brussels.

We are looking for Junior Associates to strengthen our teams in Corporate, Banking & Finance and Data Protection matters.

Your job will involve working on engaging cases with international elements, ranging from company formation, due diligence reviews, and internal investigations to contract drafting and review, reorganisations and innovative business models.

Legal Field: Corporate, Banking & Finance, Data Protection

You will be perfect for the role if:

• You have a degree from a Slovenian University- Faculty of Law
• You are interested in or even have experience in corporate, banking and finance, and data protection;
• You are responsible, well organised and thrive in a dynamic environment;
• You have an excellent command of both written and spoken Slovenian (mother tongue) and English;
• You have strong academic legal knowledge;
• Have excellent writing skills, demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail and time management skills;
• You are willing to learn and to get hands-on experience.
