We’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer who loves real engineering — digging into Linux, Kubernetes internals, networking flows, and stateful systems running on‑prem. If you enjoy understanding how things work under the hood rather than relying on cloud shortcuts, this is your kind of environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and improve large-scale Openshift/Kubernetes clusters
• Troubleshoot complex workloads using CLI-first methods
• Build resilient deployments for both stateless and stateful services
• Work closely with developers to improve reliability and performance
• Support on‑prem infrastructure where engineering matters

What We’re Looking For - You’ll thrive here if you can confidently walk through scenarios like:

🔍 Debugging Pods..

• Commands - oc logs, oc describe, events, probes, OOMKilled analysis.)

🌐 Understanding Networking

• Knowing what to do when External request reaches a pod - (Route/Ingress → Service → Endpoints → Pod)
• DNS or iptables.

🖥️ On-Prem Troubleshooting

• Nodes, Disk space issues
• Diagnose - var/lib/docker
• Clean unused images/logs, and identify heavy processes.

🗄️ Stateful Services Without Cloud Crutches

• Deploying Redis/Kafka inside Openshift using StatefulSets
• PV/PVC, and Pod Anti‑Affinity feels natural.
