Job Title: Backend Python Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Python.
- Design and optimize APIs and microservices.
- Work with SQLAlchemy and databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Frontend, DevOps).
- Contribute to system architecture and technical strategy.
- Ensure security, performance, and scalability best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge.
- Proven Python backend experience (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
- Experience with SQLAlchemy, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Experience in renewable energy or related fields.
- Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with data engineering and IoT integrations.
