📍 Project Details

• Location: Madrid, Spain
• Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week in Madrid (flexible depending on team policy)
• Start Date: 24/02/2026
• Duration: Until 30/06/2026
• Extension: Possible depending on assignment
• Travel: Occasional travel to Paris or Barcelona (approx. 2 times/year)
• Team Setup: Close collaboration with Product Owner and Development Team

📌 Project Summary

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support Agile product initiatives in Spain.

You will facilitate Scrum processes, coach the team on Agile principles, and ensure strong collaboration between the Product Owner and the development team. The role focuses on removing impediments, organizing Scrum ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement within the team.

🎯 Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
• Remove obstacles impacting team productivity.
• Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Organize and facilitate sprint planning sessions.
• Promote collaboration and communication across stakeholders.
• Monitor adherence to Scrum framework and improve team processes.
• Lead retrospectives and implement improvement actions.
• Contribute to relevant meetings providing Agile guidance and support.
• Foster team motivation and a positive Agile culture.

🧠 Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Strong practical experience applying Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams in Agile practices.
• Experience identifying and removing impediments affecting delivery.
• Experience managing product backlogs and supporting sprint planning activities.
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

🎓 Education

• Scrum certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) (preferred).
