Turkey-Led | Europe & Middle East Expansion
We are a leading technology consulting firm delivering complex transformation programs across data, AI, cloud, and digital domains. As AI reshapes enterprise operating models, we are scaling our Data & AI consulting practice and seeking a commercially driven Head of Data & AI Sales to accelerate growth across Türkiye, UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
This is a strategic growth mandate within a consulting environment.
The selected leader will own Data & AI consulting revenue end-to-end—defining the go-to-market strategy, building a qualified pipeline, and consistently closing complex transformation engagements. Türkiye will serve as the primary revenue base, while the UK, Europe and the Middle East will represent key expansion corridors.
We are looking for a strong hunter with a consultative mindset.
You will proactively identify enterprise transformation opportunities, open strategic accounts, and drive advisory-led sales cycles from first conversation to signed engagement. You will engage directly with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and executive leadership teams, positioning our firm as a trusted partner in Data & AI transformation initiatives.
This role requires a deep understanding of technology consulting sales—not product licensing. You must be experienced in selling complex services such as Data Platforms, AI transformation programs, GenAI enablement, Advanced Analytics, Cloud modernization, and managed data services. You should be comfortable navigating long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder environments, and structured commercial negotiations.
You will bring strong pipeline discipline, forecasting rigor, and revenue ownership. Beyond individual deal-making, you will build and mentor a high-performance Data & AI sales team, establishing clear KPIs and driving accountability across the commercial organization.
We are seeking a commercially aggressive, results-driven leader with:
- 15+ years of experience in technology consulting sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition
- Minimum 5 years in leadership roles with direct revenue and quota ownership
- A proven ability to self-generate pipeline and open new enterprise accounts
- A strong C-level network within Türkiye and the ability to activate it
- Demonstrated success in hunting and closing complex in transformation engagements
- Experience leading full-cycle sales processes — from prospecting to contract signature
- A consistent track record of exceeding ambitious revenue targets
- Strong negotiation capability in multi-stakeholder, long-cycle enterprise sales
- Experience expanding business across the UK, Europe, and/or the Middle East (strong advantage)
- High commercial intensity, resilience, and a performance-driven mindset
This is not a maintenance role. It is a build-and-scale consulting growth mandate.
We are looking for a commercially sharp, execution-focused leader who can dominate the domestic market, open international opportunities, and position our Data & AI consulting capabilities at the forefront of AI-driven enterprise transformation.
