What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?

The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

What is your role and surroundings?

Our Faurecia FCE R&D is looking for you as an Assistant UI/UX Designer VIE for our site in Saitama, JAPAN.

What will be your main missions?

The VIE Assistant UI/UX Designer is involved in some program or project in order to design and develop UI/UX design material and specifications.

The Main Missions Of The Role Are To

 Understand Design procedures as Forvia

 Understand UI/UX design trends, way of thinking and regulation in automotive field

 Create graphic design data (image assets, specifications) as UI Design

 Create interaction design spec (define screen flow, behavior in screen) as UX Design

 Understand PQ (Perceived Quality) mindset, and keep it mind through design activity

 Problem solving proposal with creative solution

 Communicate and present deliverables with team or relevant people

 Collaborate with global design team

What you need to join us?

 Background in Design or Art school

 Standard design tool skill (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

 Specialized UI/UX design tool skill (Figma, XD, etc.)

 Nice to have professional design tool skill (Unity, Unreal Engine, AfterEffects, Maya, etc.)

 Demonstrate strong communication skills and autonomy

 Fluent in English

Who are we looking for?

 Experience in UI/UX design (no limited in automotive field)

 Positive interests in automotive itself (even if no experience design in automotive field)

 Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems

 Intermediate or Advanced standard design tools

 Strong teamwork

 Good communication skills

 Fluency in English required

 Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
