IT Information Security Officer

We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Group Information Security Department within the Chief Risk Officer organization. We are responsible for managing and coordinating all Second Line of Defense information security and cybersecurity activities across the Group.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage alignment and coordination between Security teams and IT.
• Ensure security policies are implemented and operated by the IT teams, including supporting the Information Security Solutions team to ensure policy requirements are met.
• Manage external penetration testing engagements and vulnerability scanning results. Ensure actions on IT teams are actioned and completed.
• Manage Security awareness and training tools and services
• Support communication in the event of a security incident
• Support the rest of the information security team to continually improve security throughout the company

Your skills and experience:

• Extensive experience in a business-facing information security role.
• Ability to translate technical security concepts in business terms.
• Ideally, prior experience in EU financial services sector
• Expertise in managing security compliance metrics (KPIs/KRIs).
• Experience working with first and second lines of defense in security, IT, and risk functions.
• Experience of risk management and incident management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
