We recently had a brand new and exciting opportunity for a Principal Software Engineer to join a pioneering AI venture who are redefining how global enterprises interact with LLM's, who are based in Abu Dhabi. The Principal Software Engineer will be responsible for a team of 7+ Software Engineers and aligning squads with the strategic tech/Ai roadmap.

If you are a Principal Software Engineer who thrives in hands on/management split alongside leading strategic technical ambitions and ensuring coding standards then this would be the perfect next step for you.

Requirements for the Principal Software Engineer:

• Must currently be at Principal level or above
• Strong experience managing an engineering team of 7+
• Experience with Front end (React/JavaScript) or Backend (Python)
• Preference for those that current work at a market leading AI/FAANG company
