Technical Skills:

* Looking for a passionate EuropeanNational.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced studies in system design or architecture preferred.

* 8+ years of software development experience using Java, including 3+ years supporting or leading software architecture initiatives.

* Strong understanding of architectural design principles, scalability, availability, and secure engineering practices.

* Experience with cloud concepts, microservices, and modern software development methodologies.

* Familiarity with distributed systems, DevOps principles, and containerization approaches.

* Knowledge of financial systems, fintech platforms, and secure coding practices for regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

* Design and evolve software architecture for complex, large‑scale financial systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and platform requirements.

* Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to guide architectural implementation and technical decision‑making.

* Conduct technology evaluations and research to improve system reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

* Participate in code reviews and contribute to establishing high‑quality coding standards and best practices.

* Prepare and maintain architectural documentation, patterns, and guidelines for engineering teams.

* Stay updated on architectural frameworks, design patterns, and emerging technologies relevant to financial platforms.
