FinTop Consulting has collaborated with a globally recognized, multi-asset broker with a strong international presence, and we are currently supporting them in their search for a Senior MetaTrader professional.

We are looking for someone with extensive hands-on experience across MT4/MT5 plugin development, Manager/Admin API integrations, and trading platform engineering. This role requires a deep understanding of how brokerage trading ecosystems function end-to-end — from liquidity connectivity and execution logic to risk management and ultra-low latency environments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

MetaTrader Engineering & Integrations

• Architect, develop, and support custom MT4/MT5 server-side plugins, gateways, and extensions.
• Implement and maintain integrations using MetaTrader Manager and Admin APIs.
• Build real-time services covering trade execution, account operations, risk controls, and reporting.

Trading Infrastructure & Liquidity Connectivity

• Integrate and maintain bridges with liquidity providers, prime brokers, ECNs, and aggregators.
• Oversee order flow, execution models, and risk routing.
• Configure symbols, pricing feeds, and execution rules for optimal trading performance.

Performance, Latency & Reliability

• Design and operate high-availability, low-latency trading services.
• Monitor and optimize execution speed, pricing accuracy, and bridge performance.
• Diagnose and resolve live trading and infrastructure issues.

Trading & Business Logic

• Collaborate with dealing and risk teams on margin rules, swaps, commissions, and automation logic.
• Convert trading and business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Operations, Support & Compliance

• Provide second- and third-level support for MT4/MT5 production environments.
• Create technical documentation, system diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Assist with audits, controls, and regulatory initiatives.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

MetaTrader Platforms

• MT4 and MT5 server architecture
• Manager API and Admin API
• Custom plugins, gateways, and server extensions

Trading Systems & Brokerage Knowledge

• Forex/CFD brokerage operations
• Liquidity bridges and aggregation models
• Strong grasp of trading workflows and terminology

Connectivity & Performance

• Low-latency system design
• FIX connectivity fundamentals
• Real-time data streaming and processing

Programming & Systems

• Strong coding skills in C++, Java, C#, or Python
• Experience with multithreading, messaging, and distributed systems
• Trading and operational databases

EXPERIENCE PROFILE

• 5+ years in a senior trading systems or MetaTrader-focused role
• Demonstrated experience managing live, production-grade MT4/MT5 environments
• Proven ownership of mission-critical trading infrastructure
