About the Role

We’re looking for Senior Product Designers (IC+) who can take a product from 0→1 — from ambiguous ideas to polished, AI-powered experiences. You’ll own 1-2 products end-to-end, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to define the problem, design the solution, and guide it through to launch. You won’t be split into 'UX' or 'UI' boxes. Instead, you’ll operate as a full-spectrum designer — someone who can move fluidly from research and flow design to prototyping and high-fidelity execution.

What You’ll Do

•Lead product design for multiple AI products, from early exploration to final implementation.

•Partner with PMs and engineers to define product vision, scope, and roadmap.

•Run co-creation and discovery sessions with end-users across Abu Dhabi’s government entities.

•Prototype rapidly using AI tools like Lovable, Relume, Figma Make, and Uizard to bring ideas to life.

•Design user journeys, systems, and interfaces that feel effortless, intelligent, and human.

•Collaborate with AI researchers and developers to shape how LLM-powered features surface in the experience.

•Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring cohesion and scalability across multiple products.

•Balance craft and velocity, you’ll ship fast, but with taste and intention.

What You’ll Bring

•Minimum 5+ years of product design experience, ideally with AI-powered or complex products.

•Strong ability to go from 0→1 - from discovery, concepting, and definition to polished design.

•Proficiency with Figma (including component systems, tokens, and dynamic design).

•Comfort working with AI prototyping tools (Relume, Lovable, Make, Uizard, etc.).

•Ability to work directly with Product Managers, Engineers, and End-Users.

•Excellent communication and facilitation skills - you can run workshops and user sessions independently.

•Curiosity about AI, systems thinking, and the future of design-automation collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing AI assistants, agents, or chat-based interfaces.

• Background in government, civic tech, or enterprise systems.

• Arabic proficiency (a strong plus).

• Familiarity with prompt design, AI ethics, and generative design tools.
